Job Details

Woodrow Mercer Healthcare are currently partnering with a NHS organisation in search of a Programme and Project Support Officer (Band 6). The individual's primary aim is to support the clinical workstream to deliver milestones and actions to time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and review the project monitoring milestones and outcomes using PRINCE 2 based PMO standards, and ensure the required reports, in the defined format, are submitted within the given timescale
  • Work with clinical workstream team to understand, develop and document their phase 3 milestones Ensure appropriate project governance is in place
  • Design and assign the component packages of work
  • Communicate effectively with PMO lead, Senior Managers and all stakeholders internally and externally on the progress of projects either orally or through written reports or formal presentations, as appropriate
  • Support project administrative tasks such as note-taking


Length: 3 months

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote working (occasional meeting in London)

IR35: Outside

Band: 6

Rate: Negotiable
