Pure Interims are consulting with an NHS organisation seeking an experienced Interim General Manager to oversee a division within the Diagnostics department. This is an Interim Band 8B level assignment for 6 months based in the Midlands.
Duties / Responsibilities:
• Lead for performance operational delivery
• Delivery of the strategic objectives ensuring financial management and quality improvements
• Develop internal and external stakeholder relationship to ensure high quality service delivery
• Develop clinical services, business cases and support senior management
