Job Details
Pure Interims are consulting with an NHS organisation in the South-East seeking an Interim General Manager for the Emergency Care division for 3 Months. Operating at Band 8C/D Level, the ideal candidate will have strong relevant experience.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ensure operational, financial and performance targets are achieved
- Lead on developing, improving and transforming the division
- Develop relationships with Clinical Leads, Matrons and Divisional Directors to ensure safe, proactive and effectual level of service
- Ensure set up of effective processes and procedures to maintain Trust and National targets
- Work towards achievement of ED performance
- Compile and present performance reports to Clinical Leads and Divisional Director
