Job Details
Are you and NHS HR Medical Staffing and Workforce Manager with experience of supporting in a complex and busy Acute setting. Here you will deliver a range of Workforce and Medical Staffing goals.
This is a role where you will need a strong understanding of rotas and will support the provision of clinical staff to cover all rotas.
You will need to understand rota systems and the use of ALLOCATE and be able to build great relationships with a range of clinicians stakeholders, ideally you will already have established relationships with locums / agency providers.
This role is banded 8b but could be uplifted to an 8c for the right candidates
