Do you have a proven track record of delivering HR Consultancy within a large Acute Trust?
This is an exciting opportunity where you will draw on your experience to deliver a baseline / forensic review of the current provision related to workforce / rota and medical staffing plans / management
You will lead from the front and enable the trust to continue to develop and deliver existing strategies in relation to tackling the organisational workforce / rota challenges and ultimately link to future CIP related challenges. There is a real concern that due to poor workforce and rota management there are gaps in rotas that end up being covered with locum / agency support.
You will be highly credible and will quickly understand the wider challenges whilst delivering an initial baseline review.
Working to support the HRD you will need to be highly credible and an expert on Workforce and Rotas in order to delivery options and solutions that the trust can subsequently adopt and implement,
If you are an experienced Human Resources Consultant and a true expert on workforce plans / rotas the please get in touch - whilst banded 8d there is potential to make this a band 9 post.
Highly credible you will be allowed to work in a flexible manner to get the job done with a mix of on-site and remote working.
Outside IR35 this is an exciting role, whilst an immediate start is preferred the client will wait upto 4 weeks for the best candid
