NHS Compliance and Assurance Consultant - CQC

Practicus are partnering with a London based NHS organisation who are urgently seeking a Compliance and Assurance Manager
This is a great opportunity to help an Acute Trust prepare for future CQC visits specifically for being Well Led as well as ensuring the correct compliance and assurance is in place across some of their core services. You will engage with a range of senior stakeholders both clinical and non-clinical and will be responsible for clinical governance ensuring CQC readiness across divisions as well addressing some of the actions from Previous Inspections. We are looking for someone that has a passion for patient care who can identify and solve problems that will improve their clinical standards.
Essential:
* Proven experience gained within the NHS of Clinical Governance, Assurance and Compliance
* Ability to engage and influence with both clinical and operational staff in a collaborative way
* Strong knowledge of Patient Safety standards and frameworks
* Experience of prepping a Trust for a CQC Inspection
* A passion for patient safety and the patient experience

RATE: £49.59 per hour (Inside IR35)
START: October 2021
