NHS Programme Manager, Community Physical Health Services
A London based NHS Trust is looking for a Programme Manager for their Community Physical Health Transformation programme. The role will initially focus on delivering an options appraisal for their future long term physical health service and ensure the draft is developed further so it's aligned to their services and fit for purpose. The role will work closely with the senior management teams and will required knowledge of what an integrated physical health community service looks like at an operational level as well as the back end needed to support it such as finance and hr. This is a key role for the Trust and the Interim will have a real chance to make a difference improving services and outcomes for the patients.

EXPERIENCE
* Experience gained within Physical health services either within an acute or community service provider
* Experience of programme management with the ability to look at an options appraisal and fill in the detail to align it with their services gained within the NHS
* Ability to work closely and build relationships with the senior management team
* Passion for delivery and willing to go the extra mile

START: October 2021
