Job Details

A specialist CAMHS Service is seeking an Interim Clinical Lead to provide overall leadership within this specialist setting for a period of 3 months initially.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the delivery of a clinically effective service which meets the needs of the patients;
  • To ensure the highest standards of care is delivered in line with the organisation’s visions and values;
  • Overall management of this setting, supporting, and managing the team;
  • Completing clinical audits and ensuring all staff and trained appropriately;
  • Overall responsibility for patient safety, health and wellbeing is of utmost priority;

A successful candidate will have:

 

  • Current NMC/HPCP registration with active pin;
  • In depth knowledge and experience of specialist area;
  • Experience of working with children and young adults;
  • Staff management experience;
