Practicus is supporting a busy CCG who due to loomng maternity leave need to engage an interim Project Manager 8a for the next 12 motnhs to continue the delivery of an established "Ageing Well / Frailty" programme.
I am therefore looking for an experienced Project Manager/s to support the CCG to delivery this important programme.
Ideally with experience that covers CCG / Community and Social Care the perfect candidate will also have worked on elderly care / LTC conditions (although this isn't essential). You will understand how to deliver a range of improvement to services whilst engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders at every level.
As part of a close knit team you will be able to utilise this experience in order to identify opportunities to improve quality, performance related to this programme of work.
