AD of Estates and Facilities 8c / Estates Manager 8a

Are you a dynamic and experienced Acute AD / Head of Estates and Facilities? 2 urgent requirements - AD at an 8c level and Estates Manager at an 8a level.

Are you actively seeking your next challenge where your input will make a real difference and deliver real value to this Acute Trust?

These posts have come about due to internal development and secondments - I therefore need support ot cover a secondment period of upto 6 month s initially.

Banded circa 8c (£46/hr) - AD of Estates & Facilities

Banded 8a (£32.20/hr) - Estates & Facilities Manager

Initial 3 - 6 month contract

Immediate start - mainly on site but with the opportunity for some flexible working.

With a proven track record within a similar position and experience of delivering active improvements to estates, facilities (hard / soft services), you will make an impact from day one!
