Band 8b Infection Prevention and Control Clinical Service Lead

IPC/Safe Clean Care team urgently require staff for a number of roles throughout the North Wales area.   All applicants must be IT literate (word, email, TEAMS, excel and PowerPoint), complete finisher, good communication skills in person, over the phone and via email, be able to present information in an understandable way, good working under pressure and to deadlines, can start ASAP.   

Band 8b/c Infection Prevention and Control Clinical Service Lead, clinical experience preferred though not essential, proven ability to manage a team, undertake appraisals, sickness, day to day management and oversight of work delivered, follow policy and guidance, influence non managed staff.  Has leadership skills, can present to different audience and manage relationships with senior colleagues across the health board. Preferably has valid driving licence and access to a vehicle so can travel to multiple locations throughout the East Area.
