Operations Manager - CHC

An NHS Organisation requires and Interim Manager to provide operational leadership to their Continuing Healthcare teams.
The role will be to manage the Clinical CHC Teams, both remotely and on-site, ensuring they deliver quality assessments, case management, responses to complaints and meet their performance targets. You will also be instrumental in making recommendations to improve the service, working at a system level improving discharge to assess and patient pathways, communicate with the local authority and build relationships at all levels. We are looking for someone with a robust but collaborative style of management, who can bring the team together. This will be a chance to make and impact and improve the service.
Experience
* A robust manager who has managed clinical teams at an operational level within the NHS
* A depth of experience within Continuing Healthcare
* Experience working at a system level with regards to patient pathways and discharge to assess
* Ability to build relationships at all levels and bring people on board


RATE: £400 - £500 per day Inside IR35
