Job Details
In addition, you will support the strategic initiatives which currently includes moving location, developing new patient flows, implementing technology to increase productivity and patient care.
They are looking for an NHS experienced operational manager who has a proven track record of working in pressurized environments and with fractured teams. You will bring leadership, team building experience and a calm measured management style. Finally, you will need to be resilient.
This is a hands-on operational role and therefore you will be required to be onsite 5 full time.
Band - 8a/b

IR35 - Inside
