I'm working in partnership with a large NHS provider in the Midlands who are seeking an interim senior nurse who can provide capacity and capability to support their Adult Mental Health Divisional leadership team for 6 months.
Inside IR35, this role will work in partnership with the existing substantive divisional operational and nursing teams, as you provide senior strategic visible clinical and professional leadership for nursing across the Division. You will be providing specific expertise in the nursing leadership across Adult Mental Health services; working in partnership to agree priorities whilst taking responsibility for nursing workforce, patient safety, quality and experience. The aim of this role is to provide some breathing space to enable the delivery of improvements to establish the Division; primarily establishing quality processes and supporting the patient safety and nursing workforce agendas.
Consequently essential skills and experience include:
-RGN or RMN trained nurse with an active PIN.
-Leadership experience across Adult Mental Health services
-Experience in managing Quality and patient safety including Serious -Incidents and Complaints
-Collaborative working style
