Practicus is partnering with an Acute trust based in the East of England who have an urgent requirement for a Project Manager Workforce 8a.

This is an exciting opportunity where over the next 3 - 6 months they need further support form a Workforce Project Manager You will support ongoing workstreams looking at workforce plans, rotas and retention and deliver a revised plan that better meets the needs of the trust whilst improving flexibility and reducing spend on agency and overtime.

You will need to work at pace, have strong workforce and medical / clinical rota development experience - you will need to be able to work with limited supervision. There is a strong possibility of further extensions as similar work may need to be delivered in relation to other divisions within the trust.

In order to be considered for this post you must have NHS experience in a similar role and have worked to at least a band 8a level and be a credible manager with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Due to the urgency of this post short listing will take place over the next week with MS Teams interviews to take place no later then Friday Oct 15th.
