We are recruiting for an Associate Director of Patient Experience who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

Working closely with the Divisional and Care Group leadership teams, will play a key role in the development of services and service improvement. They will have a key responsibility for the design and delivery of a Patient Experience Strategy throughout the Trust and will develop innovative practice in relation to the provision of high quality person centred services to patients, their families and carers.
