A large healthcare organisation is looking to appoint an experienced CETR Caseload Manager, for an initial period of 3 months. 

Governance and Policy:
  • The CETR C&YP pathway needs to be scoped to ensure that we have all the correct elements in place to keep our children safe;
  • New governance and policy for CETR to be drafted in consultation with Children Services, Children commissioning and Personalisation Team;
  • Including an element of co-production with parents and carers;
  • Role definitions for each contributor to the new governance to be agreed;
  • Additional “case management” resource banding and WTE to de defined;
  • Recruitment strategy agreed with personalisation and enacted;
  • A specific task and finish group established around this work reporting to the health delivery board and to the Children’s commissioning board. With CNO,DOC,DCNO, children’s Services and Children’s Commissioners;
  • Risk to be recorded on the CCG risk log;
Case Management Clinical review:
  • Review of every child on DDB in line with Cawstone Park recommendations. Actions plans developed for each child and case management commenced;
  • Look back review to understand what each child should have had to be undertaken and managed in line with duty of candour;
  • A lesson learned exercise to be undertaken to understand where previous oversight and governance sat and how we have arrived at this point.
