Interim Business Case/Project Manager

Woodrow Mercer is looking to appoint an Interim Business Case Writer/Project Manager for an NHS organisation.

The Project manager will be required to develop 2 business cases using the 5 case business model, Adapt the 5 case business model to make the business cases shorter but still ensuring quality, Work collaboratively with the services to develop all options, To assess the current market for the systems and organise demonstrations as appropriate, To the map the “as is” and develop the “to be” of the systems ensuring all requirements are captured, To fully cost all options and resources required for delivery, Work with the Integration Team and Clinical Systems Team to identify any integration requirements with the clinical systems and/or administration systems, Set up the meeting structures required to develop the business cases and be the lead for these meetings, To set up the quality assurance for the development of the Business Cases, To work with the Information Governance Team to develop Data Protection Impact Assessment on the preferred recommendation, To provide monthly highlight reports on progress to the Programme Manager and escalate any areas of concern, risks and issues as they arise, To present the business cases to the key stakeholders/services for review/approval/sign off.

The position is mostly remote with occasional onsite. ASAP start, 3 months initially. Day rates negotiable.
