Head of Organisational Development and Culture

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional forward thinking, motivated individual to join an exciting and progressive organisation and an excellent team which has recently been shortlisted for the CIPD Award of Team of the Year and were recent winners of the 2021 CIPD Apprenticeship award.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of HR and operating as their deputy, you will be a member of the HR Senior Management Team. You will be supported by an experienced professional team to deliver our ambitious long-term People Priorities. 

You will have particular responsibility for the themes of Organisational Development, Organisational Learning, Culture and Leadership, Employee Experience and Diversity and Inclusion. Working through an OD lens you will provide professional advice, guidance to Senior Managers using both diagnostic and dialogic OD methodologies. You will have the opportunity to lead and influence LTHT’s culture, working from board to ward.

You will be passionate about our people and the patients we serve. You will also be supported to work at both a local and system level as you engage with our system partners across health and care on organisation design principles that reflect the future structure and ways of working.

You will have a supportive and inclusive leadership style and be able to demonstrate a track record of: -

  • organisational development achievement in a large, complex organisation
  • experience of developing organisational learning strategies and interventions
  • leading and promoting staff engagement initiatives
  • demonstrable experience in workplace equalities, diversity and Inclusion
