Deputy Director of Nursing and Quality

Are you looking for an ICS role? We're working in partnership with an NHS organistation in the West Midlands which is leading in the establishment of their ICS and seek the capability of a senior Nurse and expert in Quality who can provide strategic support as they define Quality for Place.

Our client is a small but ambitious system and understand that robust quality governance infrastructure is necessary to the next stage of their transformation to an ICS. This senior nursing and quality role will report to the Executive Nurse and will be responsible for the implementation of their system Quality and Safety Strategy. This will also involve the development and operation of their quality assurance framework, as they look to ensure a cohesive approach is adopted system wide.

Naturally the role requires highly effective engagement skills as you will need to influence change at local and organisational level. If you're looking for a role which works across professional and organisational boundaries, this is it!

It is essential that you are a professional with previous senior experience of working within quality assurance and improvement across organisational boundaries. You will be able to articulate your experience in advising and guiding on issues of quality assurance and quality improvement strategies, problem solving and directing a team to meet deadlines under pressure.

We're seeking an inteirm who has an adaptable approach and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, to meet the unique challenges of transitioning to an ICS.

Flexibility will be the key so our client is open to either full time or part time (minimum 30 hours per week) together with remote or hybrid working for the duration of this 6 month interim deployment.
