We are looking for an Associate Non-Executive Director to support our Trust by providing additional advice and support to the Board and its committees in relation to identified needs, complementing, or enhancing, the skills already in place.

Providing health services in a county which spans over 3,500 km, is neighboured by the sea on 3 sides and has a population which dramatically increases in summer is not without its challenges. Deprivation and isolation are prevalent.

A quarter of people are aged 65 or over, and 140,000 people have at least one long-term condition. We are very fortunate that our staff are both passionate and innovative in the way they care for residents, many of whom are also their neighbours, friends and families.
