Elective Operations Recovery Consultant - T&O

We're working wth a large NHS Trust in the Midlands who are looking for an experienced Operational Manager with expertise across Orthopaedics.

You will be resposible for delivering the recovery of T&O Electives and delivering on waiting list challenges, so the ability to get operational and financial grip and working closely with the clinical leads will be a key part of the role.

This urgent appointment will commence as soon as possible to support the service whilst they recruit additional substantive resource. Whilst we anticipate the contract being for at least 3 months it could be longer.

To be able to hit the ground running its imperative that you have a successful track record of delivery of NHS waiting list initiatives, strong operational leadership within a fast paced Acute environment and specifically expertise of operational or clinical delivery within Surgery.

Orthopaedic specialty experience will be highly appreciated.

This is an OUTSIDE IR35 deployment due to the recovery programme nature of the role.
