Job Details
The client is looking to engage an experienced interim manager who is a specialist in orthopaedics. They will consider someone from either the NHS or Independent Healthcare sector if they have a proven track record of managing orthopaedic services. You will be a strong and experienced leader who has a proven track record of managing challenging situations and stakeholders. The ability to hold people accountable, challenge poor performance and manage expectations is essential.
