Deputy Director - Care Co-Ordination (Frailty/Elderly Care)

Practicus is partnering with a Mental Health Trust based in the East of England who, need extra capacity to deliver this exciting programme of work.

This is linked to the delivery of ICS plans that will enhance the delivery of community and home care provision related to a range of services including Frailty / LD and Elderly services.

The trust are seeking an interim with a proven track record of leading the team whilst introducing best practice to improve the overall performance of the services they manage. This role combines programme management with elements related more strategic goals - however your hands on positive (yet assertive) management style will deliver continued improvement in relation to the ICS long term models and strategic goals.

This is an exciting opportunity at an exciting time for the organisation.

A clinical background is not essential for this post but desired - however candidates with extensive experience and transferable NHS skill would be considered.

Start Early November

Duration 6 Months

Rate circa £55 per hour plus VAT Inside IR35.
