My client has a unique and exciting opportunity for an Applications Separation Project Manager. The PM will be responsible for the delivery of a project that will enable the separation and migration of applications following the organisation's sale to a PE investor.

The Applications Separation Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of a programme of work that will enable the applications currently hosted by the former parent organisation in public and private cloud data centres to be migrated and operated on the same basis to the UK and will also include on premise data centres. The focus of the PM is to ensure a smooth and timely migration with minimal disruption to the business.

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the workstream's projects including migration and risk mitigation around this. The PM will also be responsible for the planning and delivery off any new technology and services and move them into a BAU state.

My client requires someone who has worked on similar projects before and who knows how to identify in-scope applications and analyze them to understand the impact of migration to a new DC. You will also be used to identifying and working with business users and SMEs to ensure minimal disruption. The PM will also manage and coordinate the testing of data, systems integration as well as OAT and UAT.
