Job Details
The post will support the Clinical Quality team to discharge their responsibilities in the coordination of quality related issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the assurance of quality and compliance with the required deliverables, covering quality and governance requirements;
- Provides subject matter expertise on quality functions within the programme with a focus on clinical effectiveness and risk stratification and management;
- Lead in the delivery of Learning disability and Autism programme objectives;
- Development of quality assurance data in relation to programme outcomes and care pathways providing and analysing information to demonstrate effectiveness and improvement;
- Contribute to the development of local and national programme quality assurance processes;
- Work in partnership to ensure accurate, timely, meaningful and robust reporting around quality data is consistently achieved to a high standard.
A successful candidate will have:
- Current NMC registration with active pin;
- Must have experience within a similar role within the NHS/ a healthcare setting;
- Demonstrable evidence of having used and developed improvement methodologies in relation to patient experience and quality of care;
- In depth knowledge of risk management, clinical effectiveness and quality assurance monitoring and regulation;
- Experience in the management of health services.
