Are you a talented and experienced HR Business Partner currently seeking your next assignment.
I am actively seeking two HRBP interim managers to work with this busy Acute trust based just outside London. As the trust moves through the next phases of the current CV19 challenges they are looking to bring in additional support to the Trust to achieve the delivery of Trust and divisional agendas
Here you will be a key member of the team and at the forefront of delivering workforce management both BAU and a number of programmes that support the Trusts strategic objectives. In these exciting roles role you will have the opportunity to drive HR agendas related to quality, improvement and transformation of workforce practices across the Trust and aligned divisional areas
Reporting to the Deputy Director of HR, within a small close knit team you will work closely to support the trusts workforce goals and with both the People and Culture leadership team,
Your efforts will make a difference and be key to supporting the development of the strategic workforce agenda.
With an immediate start and banded 8a
Circa 3 days on site and some remote work
Hourly rate of £32.16 per hour plus VAT Inside IR35.
Initial contract period of 3 - 6 months.
