The post holder will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the organisations security management with a dedicated security team providing excellence in security management standards, including car parking enforcement.

You will have overall responsibility for the management, monitoring and co-ordination of the security service provided by Medway NHS Foundation. As the competent person for security, the post holder will be the on-site expert in security matters and accountable to the Board via the Security Management Director.

The post holder will act as the competent person for the Trust by advising and monitoring of security incidents and will investigate all aspects of crime and report these where appropriate to the relevant statutory body.
