Governance Manager

Practicus are partnering with an NHS organisation who are urgently seeking Interim Band 8b Governance Manager

This is a critical role to help shape the division from a Governance and Quality perspective. You will be supporting the trust with the management of Complaints and Serious Investigations cases. Your role will be to support the divisional/Clinical leads in reducing backlogs, but also from a strategic point of view introducing new pathways/processes to ensure the system is more seamless

You will be key in bringing stability and galvanising the team through a challenging period both winter and COVID pressures.

Essential:

• Governance background in quality and patient safety
• Management of Complaints and Serious Investigations
• Confident in working with a wide range of stakeholders

• RATE: Band 8b - £37.98 per hour - Inside IR35 - mainly remote working
• INTERVIEWS: this week
• DURATION: 4 months
• START: ASAP
