The post holders will help strengthen the existing 8a matron teams at both the LGI and SJUH emergency departments to allow for 7 day matron cover across both sides of the city.  This will build on the existing leadership visibility across these departments and help support the CSU nursing workforce plan for the future, while also supporting our quality and safety agenda, and improving our patient pathways and experience while in our departments.
