Job Details
Woodrow Mercer is currently recruiting for an an Interim Deputy Director of People Operations for award-winning community health services provider! This will be on a contract basis (Day rate) Inside IR35 until at least the end of March 2022.
We are looking for candidates who have extensive healthcare experience, experience of leading, coaching, and overseeing an entire People team
The role will involve working in a fast-paced environment and will demand somebody who has excellent engagement skills. The interim will also work with the HRD to undertake a structure review.
The role will need some onsite presence such as 2 days per week. The organisation is based in the East Midlands.
