The Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer will have responsibility for future visioning and will play a key role in influencing external stakeholders on the case for change and associated strategies. You will be a key contributor to the leadership, strategic direction, and management of MFT, to deliver the Trusts organisational priorities.

As the transformation lead, you will drive forward the strategic transformation and cultural change agendas, which will include major programmes to improve efficiencies, systems, processes, and productivity, to ensure the ongoing and ever improving delivery of high-quality patient care.

You will need to be a dynamic, experienced, and highly capable leader, well equipped to make this role your own. You will enjoy reviewing business process to identify areas for strengthening and improvement, making complexity and ambiguity seem simple and clear, and finding innovative new solutions to enable a high impact organisation to become efficient and effective well into the future.
