We are seeking an exceptional leader who shares our commitment to improving our acute hospital services across Lanarkshire.

You will provide effective and visible leadership in NHS Lanarkshire as we reshape and remobilise services to respond to and recover from Covid-19.

You will lead the site team as it tackles new challenges and will contribute to the continued development of NHS Lanarkshire’s reputation for progress and success in delivering high quality and safe healthcare, working with our communities, staff and partners to achieve excellence. 

You will also have a key role in developing our refreshed Healthcare Strategy, Our Health Together. 

You will have relevant, demonstrable experience and a track record of success in large and complex organisations.

You will also be able to evidence excellent strategic leadership, embracing a values based approach to transformational change and service redesign through engagement with key stakeholders.
