An NHS organisation are currently embarking on a wide range of projects that link into Primary Care and Personalisation and as such are looking for a Project Manager/Change Manager to help deliver and pull together a number of projects that sit within this team.
A key theme and attribute that the post holder will need to harness is the ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. The external stakeholders would include but not limited to GP Federations, Local Authorities, Local Charities and Community Outreach organisations. The Borough Director is looking for someone who is proactive and is a “doer” and who will engage with the stakeholders, influence and encourage them to come on board with the wider programme.
This is an opportunity to work alongside some of the most forward thinking people in the NHS and lead on a varied and challenging strategy.
