Job Details

An NHS organisation is looking to recruit an interim Workforce Project Manager to complete a temporary assignment whilst they recruit on a substantive basis.

You will be instrumental in establishing training hubs to support a range of Workforce projects aimed at developing Personalised Care skills and competencies, predominantly across the Primary Care workforce. The post holder will be part of the Personalised Care Programme team to ensure that our workstream of programmes are planned and managed effectively and take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery.

The projects will include carrying out ‘needs audits’ of training needs in order to effectively address gaps with training and other support, commissioning and overseeing training providers to deliver content across these areas that meet agreed needs and co-designing training with clinical leads.

If you have previous Workforce experience and an understanding of primary care then this assignment could be a really good opportunity to build on both those skills and work on high profile project.

Company

Allen Lane is a specialist consultancy focusing on the NHS and supporting the sector on interim and permanent recruitment across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Commissioning and Project Management.

Allen Lane was established in 2004, after the founders having experienced successful careers in a large multinational consultancy. Their approach in setting up a smaller, more specialised business was to establish honest relationships through sound judgement and exceptional customer service, which still continues to this day.  Today every member of the Allen Lane team shares this approach, founded on transparency, flexibility and long term objectives, and we all view recruitment as a career and not as a job.

We are an approved supplier on the CCS non medical non clinical framework and work closely with our clients in the healthcare sector to understand their business, the challenges they face and to introduce them to the right people to help them overcome those challenges.  Over the past 17 years our influence and networks within the sector have developed considerably, but despite our growth in reputation and turnover, we continue to pride ourselves in offering the special kind of service you would expect from a niche “owner run” business.
