Job Details

Practicus and I are currently partnering with a number of Acute trusts based in the East of England / South East who, due to restructuring, Winter pressures and Elective Recovery goals are urgently seeking the support of experienced NHS Director / Deputy Director of Operations across both Planned and Unplanned Care.

Are you used to working in an Acute setting at a 8d / band 9 level and looking for your next exciting role?

(I am also actively looking for experienced Site and Flow Directors so if that you please also get in touch).

Here you will support the senior teams, operational performance and the delivery of high quality care through a team of operational service managers - whilst also targeting specific areas such as elective recovery and the ongoing CV19 challenges through Winter.

You will have the ability to really make an impact in these challenging times, where you will directly affect the lives and well being of vulnerable patient groups whilst also supporting staff at every level who are tired and jaded as the CV19 pandemic continues to affect everyone at every level.

Your purpose will be to drive recovery whilst not losing sight of the need for high standards of care despite the pressure teams are having to cope with.

Duration 3 - 6 Months - immediate start no later than the end of January ideally

8d / band 9 capped rate - potential to convert to a higher daily rate of circa £450 - £600 per day as several roles will be supporting transformation rather than part of the core management structure.

Inside and Outside IR35 opportunities

Interviews will take place from January 10th - no action or response will be made over the Christmas period.

Candidates who wish to be considered for this role are encouraged to respond to this advert with a copy of their CV and I will review these between January 4th - 6th.

Please note - unfortunately I will be unable to respond over the Christmas period as my clients are not in a position to review any CV's until the start of January.
