Woodrow Mercer Healthcare have been retained by an NHS Trust in Merseyside to source a Band 7 HR Project Manager on an initial contract until the end of March which will fall inside of IR35.
We are looking for someone to be responsible for setting up the Community Diagnostic Hub (CDH) staffing models to support activity requirements.
You will be required to develop rosters, map workforce gaps, coordinate temporary workforce requirements and develop recruitment plans and campaigns for both the Trust and the wider system.
- CIPD/Degree level qualifications or equivalent experience
- Experience as a HR specialist
- Knowledge of good practice developments in HR Management
- Up to date knowledge of current employment law
Please note the location of the role as we are recruiting via the CCS RM6160 Framework and as such rates will be determined by that national agreement which means it is likely you will need to be live within a commutable distance of the post.
