Senior Analytical Manager

Practicus are partnering with an NHS organisation who are urgently seeking Interim Senior Analytical Manager

This is an exciting contract that will be focusing several key projects on population health and inequalities. The region that this role relates to will be focusing on a growing population and thinking about future health needs and services. Leading on analytical research by evidence date on what regeneration is needed in the area to meet demands across several services and looking at the next 10/20 years. Putting evidence behind the numbers and coming up with a realistic model/report showcasing how services will look in the future.

The role will have particular focus on influencing senior stakeholders, providing strategic planning, but someone who is a forward-thinking individual.

As the interim you will provide the analytical background in aiding decision, but also providing the evidence to present to senior stakeholders.

The challenge is complex but an exciting one by navigating different personalities that come from different parts of the healthcare system.

• Analytical experience in the NHS is a must
• Manage complex projects and strategic planning
• Ability to hit the ground running immediately
• Innovate thinker and inquisitive

• Day rate : £400 per day - Inside IR35
• Duration : 6 months / Feb start
• Process : Interviews TBC
• Remote working, 1 or 2 days on-site once guidance allows
