Do you want to help shape the culture of an emerging ICS?
We're working with a group of CCGs who will be formally merging in July. They are implementing significant changes, including new ways of working to better reflect the NHS workforce post pandemic and the needs of an ICS. Keen to ensure that the transistion for TUPE'd staff and the application and re-appointment of the new Board is inclusive and brings their people with them; they recognise that this is an opportunity to shape their future culture and ensure that those people undergoing change are supported.
The role will be managing the TUPE of a combined workforce of approx. 420 to the new organisation and supporting Board members of the current CCGs as they apply for and shape the new Board. Supporting a programme of implementing new ways of working; reflecting hybrid and remote working will be part of this remit too.
We anticipate priorities changing rapidly as the programme develops and the merger date grows closer. For that reason an HR professional who is flexible and able to quicky refocus priorities and efforts would be ideal. This will also suit someone who enjoys giving advice, coaching and being hands on; always mindful of ensuring that the Board level applicants have all they need to progress effectively.
We're therefore seeking experience of TUPE, recruitment processes for NHS Board and senior stakeholder engagement, ideally across multiple organisations. Formal CIPD qualifications will add credibility.
Commencing early February will allow a handover from the current incumbant and a 6 month contract, 5 days per week mostly remotely. It would be anticipated that you will need to be onsite approximately 1 day per week to actively support and engage with senior stakeholders, however the default position is that this is a remote working role.
