My client is a leading independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision of wide-ranging healthcare services.

My client has an interesting opportunity for an experienced Theatre Manager with experience of maintaining quality and improving utilisation in theatres. They need someone able to ensure the development of the department and delivery of activity therein. It is also important that the manager works with the Head of Clinical Services to deliver the introduction of an innovative new minor surgery service.

The assignment needs someone able to provide leadership for the unit as well driving performance in theatres. Other responsibilities include governance reporting, ensuring SIs are reported and any incidents are learned from and that regular audits within the operating department are undertaken.

A background in theatre management and associated projects is essential as is having leadership and team building qualities.

My client requires an immediate start, is flexibale if part-time working is preferred and is offering a rate of £400 to £430 a day - inside IR35. Please contact Andrew Vaux on
