This is a leadership role across the ICS, supporting the ongoing development of the governance arrangements for the ICB, Strategic Executive and key Programme Boards providing direct input on a wide range of issues whilst building and sustaining effective professional relationships with senior System Leaders, Clinicians and Stakeholders, with a portfolio containing:

• Promoting co-production by ensuring the voices of our partners and local communities are heard and the interests of patients and the community remain are at the heart of all discussions and decisions.
• Ensuring the ICS, when exercising its functions, acts to secure health and care services that are provided in line with the NHS Constitution.
• Providing appropriate challenge; contributing to the development and embedding of the vision, aims and business objectives of the ICS.
• Ensuring that the organisation values diversity and promotes equality and inclusivity in all aspects of its business.
