We are seeking to appoint a new Chief Executive to support us in realising our ambitions for Healthier Communities, Outstanding Care.  This represents a rare leadership opportunity for a values-led organisation with a strong culture of compassion and innovation.  As our new Chief Executive, working with our Integrated Care System in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, you will play a key system leadership role working with a wide range of partners. 

We are seeking a strategic, innovative and values-based leader, we are open to hearing from aspirant or existing Chief Executives. Experienced in leading complex organisations and delivering continuous quality improvement you will demonstrate a relentless focus on patient experience. Building on our person-centred culture, you will bring a passion for reducing inequalities, valuing diversity and for empowering staff at all levels, maintaining our position as an employer of choice.  An exceptional communicator with a high degree of political acumen, you will quickly forge trusted relationships with our stakeholders and be skilled in creating effective partnerships working across organisational boundaries locally and regionally.
