The NHS Long Term Plan published in January 2019 sets out a refreshed vision for the future of NHS services, building on the Five Year Forward View. You and your team will ensure the system is fully prepared to respond to and recover from critical and major incident in accordance with the Civil Contingencies Act 2004, NHS Emergency Preparedness Resilience and Response Framework 2015 and associated emergency planning and business continuity legislation, guidance and regulation.

This opportunity provides a brilliant platform for you to be forefront of a the new collaborative way of working the NHS is striving to achieve.

Allen Lane is a specialist consultancy focusing on the NHS and supporting the sector on interim and permanent recruitment across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Commissioning and Project Management.

Allen Lane was established in 2004, after the founders having experienced successful careers in a large multinational consultancy. Their approach in setting up a smaller, more specialised business was to establish honest relationships through sound judgement and exceptional customer service, which still continues to this day.  Today every member of the Allen Lane team shares this approach, founded on transparency, flexibility and long term objectives, and we all view recruitment as a career and not as a job.

We are an approved supplier on the CCS non medical non clinical framework and work closely with our clients in the healthcare sector to understand their business, the challenges they face and to introduce them to the right people to help them overcome those challenges.  Over the past 17 years our influence and networks within the sector have developed considerably, but despite our growth in reputation and turnover, we continue to pride ourselves in offering the special kind of service you would expect from a niche “owner run” business.
