Job Details

You will be responsible for -

  • Review and finalise the EDI strategy, ensuring it reflects the organisations needs
  • Grow and develop staff networks within the Trust
  • Establish and implement a clear governance process to monitor, measure and provide assurance
  • Set up and develop dashboards to monitor the impact
  • Drive collaboration across the Staff Engagement teams

As an experienced interim professional, you will have proven track record of engaging various stakeholder groups across a large organisation to transform EDI through the strategy and updated policies. You will be a strategic thinker with an operational drive, so the ability to articulate strategic into operations is key. In addition, you will be visible and hands on. Excellent organisational skills and a proven track record of working within Equality, Diversity & Inclusion within the NHS or wider public sector would be an advantage.

Interview - w/c 9th May

Start - Monday 16th May

Hybrid working - 2 days minimum will be required on site a week
