NHS Primary Care Digital Project Manager , Hybrid Working, Outside IR35

A London based NHS Organisation is looking for a Project Manager to lead on their Digital Primary Care programmes

Purpose - You will use your skills as a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting edge Digital Programmes that will improve the way primary care services are delivered

The Difference - The work that you deliver will make a significant impact to the care that the local population receive, improving the quality of their lives and will enable better outcomes for their long-term health.

The role is both interesting and challenging because you will use both your transformation and project management skills to deliver a portfolio of digital integrated services, working with local system partners and stakeholders across multiple organisations as well as their executive team. Why work with Practicus? We've been supporting the NHS with provision of senior interims since 2004. We care about what we do as much as you care about what you do. If you feel you could help my client and the many people whose lives would be improved and enriched by successful delivery of this portfolio, then I'd absolutely love to hear from you.

* Experienced Project Manager who has worked in Primary care, Acute or community settings
