Salary: £47,126 - £53,219 per annum/pro rata

Contract: Full time - 37.5 hours per week (Part-Time working requests will be considered)

We are recruiting for an Interface Frailty Medicines Optimisation Pharmacist as part of our next expanding Integrated Medicines Optimisation Pharmacy Team (IMOPT). This role would be supporting the development of a new exciting expansion within the department to create an Integrated Frailty Medicines Optimisation Pharmacy Network and a desire by the team to focus on continuous improvement of our services for the benefit of our patients. Education and Training to ensure development of our staff is a key priority.
