NHS Operations Director / Deputy COO - Community, Physical & Mental Health

A London based NHS Trust is looking for an Operations Director / Dep COO to lead operational performance across their Mental Health, Community and Physical Health Services.

PURPOSE - You will use your skills as a seasoned Operations Director to work strategically, set operational performance standards as well as deputising for the Executive team. This includes the integration of services across the wider health system.

THE DIFFERENCE - The work that you deliver will make a significant impact to the care that both children and adults receive, improving the quality of their lives and deliver better outcomes for their long-term health. You will work across a broad range of Services covering Physical, Community and Mental Health operations.

THE ROLE IS BOTH INTERESTING AND CHALLENGING because you will use both your transformation and operational leadership skills to improve the performance of their Integrated Community and Mental Health services, working with local system partners and stakeholders across multiple organisations as well as their executive team.

TO DELIVER THIS we require someone with senior operational leadership experience who knows what good performance looks like across a wide range of services, with the ability to solve problems so that they can meet their goals.

WHY WORK WITH PRACTICUS? We've been supporting the NHS with provision of senior interims since 2004. We care about what we do as much as you care about what you do. If you feel you could help my client and the many people whose lives would be improved and enriched by successful delivery of this portfolio, then I'd absolutely love to hear from you.

EXPERIENCE
* Experience gained in a Senior Operational Leadership role
* Experience gained within Physical, Acute or Mental Health & Community health services
