We are looking to appoint an Associate Director of Operations into one of our Care Groups. This role is a key operational and leadership position within the organisation and successful candidates will work strategically throughout the trust with our talented team of senior professionals specialising in mental health and influencing the future of services at a local and national level.
The Associate Directors of Operations will provide overall management and leadership to a designated care group ensuring they are clinically led, operationally partnered and academically informed. They will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will deputise for this post holder as required.
Reporting to and accountable to the Chief Operating Officer, provide operational management and leadership to the Trust and a designated Care Group, working collaboratively with the Associate Director of Quality & Health Professionals and Associate Medical Director.
