Job Details

Would you love to work for a central London organisation that’s committed to collaboration and innovation across the NHS and to fostering its people's professional development?

Inspiring, inclusive, and supportive.  This is how our people describe working within our team

As a Senior PCN Development Manager, you will be fundamental to our five Primary Care Network’s delivery, improvement and development through collaboration between primary care and our key stakeholders such as social care, mental health, other NHS colleagues, voluntary sector and social enterprise services.

You will provide focus, business acumen and leadership to projects that enable us to improve the health and well-being of our populations and to meet our key deliverables within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Paddington/Queens Park, Westminster.

By developing and championing ways to learn from patient experience and adopting global best practices, you will establish new services that demonstrate tangible benefits for general practice and help us achieve our mission of supporting thriving primary care.

This is an exciting time of expansion for our organisation that will allow you to prove yourself as a project leader surrounded by a growing value-driven team with whom you can collaborate and share ideas.   It will be a rewarding role that will give you the platform to progress your career across integrated care systems in the future.

What else do I need to know?

We care about a great job done well.  We’re open to discussing different ways of making work, work for you.  That said, this isn’t a fully remote opportunity.  We require you to regularly join us at our West London offices, spend time within your practices and travel locally to meet with our stakeholders.

Who are you?

You’ll love building relationships and working in partnership. You’re ready to bring your demonstratable expertise in project management to the next level.   You can prove your passion for creating healthcare innovation, ideally through relevant sector experience.    You know how to work with data and develop an action plan grounded by analysis. You’re self-motived and not afraid of responsibility; on the contrary, it motivates you to achieve your potential.  If, in addition to all of this, you enjoy helping colleagues so that we can achieve great results together, then this is the job for you.
