This organisation is about to go through a huge organisational change which will see it grow over night!
Supporting the Associate Director of Transformation you will develop and implement initiatives which directly support the delivery of Workforce strategies and plans, adding value to the overall performance of the organisation.
The People Business Partner - Transformation will ensure workforce plans within the area of responsibility are in place detailing the delivery of increased substantive capacity; that staff are working efficiently and there is a continuous cycle of transformation to improve productivity and a reduction in temporary staffing spend. This work will include supporting the development and introduction of new roles as well as new ways of working. This will work will support the delivery of the organisations long term people strategy.
You need to have experience in change management within an HR function ideally as a project lead although we would consider someone with VERY strong senior project support experience provided this is within HR or Change.
You need to have loads of initiative and very strong attention to detail as you will basically be the Associate Directors No.2 on this mammoth piece of work!
